Yes! We understand that children grow and their interests change. You can update your child's name, favourite colour, favourite animal, favourite food, hobbies, or any other personalised details at any time. Future stories will automatically use the updated information.ย
A brand-new personalised story is delivered to your inbox every evening at approximately 6:00 PM (local time). This gives you plenty of time to enjoy it together before bedtime. Sometimes our enthusiasm gets the best of us and we send it a tad earlier!
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Billing stops immediately, and you'll continue receiving your child's stories until the end of your current weekly subscription period.ย

By subscribing to StoryLoop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
StoryLoop provides personalised digital bedtime stories delivered by email based on the information you provide.
While we aim to deliver stories every evening, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled.
Subscription pricing is displayed during checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Once cancelled:
Future billing stops immediately.
You will continue receiving stories until the end of your current weekly subscription period.
No further charges will be made unless you subscribe again.
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
StoryLoop is not responsible for incorrect story content resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
All StoryLoop stories, branding, graphics, website content and associated materials remain the intellectual property of StoryLoop.
Stories are licensed for your personal and family use only and may not be reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.
Although we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous availability.
Maintenance, technical issues or third-party service outages may occasionally affect story delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
